    ✔ EMPLOYERS AGREE TO SUPPORT BOTH EMPLOYEE AND THE BANK ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT TO THE BENEFIT OF ALL PARTIES.

    ✔ NON-SALARIED APPLICANTS MAY PROVIDE GUARANTORS.

  3. ITEMS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED UNDER THE LPA.

    ✔ BASIC HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

    ✔ BUILDING MATERIALS

    ✔ ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC GOODS

  4. REPAYMENT.

    ✔ FIXED REGULAR PMT AMOUNT UNTIL FULLY PAID.

    ✔ A 10% COMPULSORY DOWN PAYMENT OF COST OF ITEM.

    ✔ THE 90% DIFFERENCE IS SPREAD OVER AN AGREED NUMBER OF MONTHS DEPENDING ON THE WORTH OF THE ITEM PURCHASED.

    ✔ INTEREST PAYMENT IS GRADUATED DEPENDING ON THE COST AND DURATION OF INDEBTEDNESS.

  1. Depending on the worth and value of the item, vis-a vis the period of indebtedness, the bank may demand an insurance cover as part of the contract between the client and the bank.
  2. The insurance company would be obliged to agree to terms not exceeding 3% of item value
  3. The insurance premium will be borne by the client.
  4. Premium will be paid up front directly to the Insurance Company account with Sapele International Bank Liberia Limited.

Diaspora Instructions

APPLICANT SELF ENROLLMENT ONLINE PROCESS (LIBERIANS ONLY)

  • Step 1. Applicant will visit the website (www.sibll.com)
  • Step 2. Applicant will locate Diaspora Account Link and fill enquiry form.
  • Step 3. Our Prestige Customer Service Officer will review the requests and will forward to Compliance Department for Validation
  • Step 4. Prestige Customer Service Officer will Contact Applicant on Phone for further questioning and clarification if any
  • Step 5. A Login credential to the Diaspora Portal will be created and sent to applicant's Email
  • Step 6. Applicant will then access the Portal to download the Account Opening Form, KYC Form and Signature Card
  • Step 7. Applicant will upload completed forms into the the portal for processing.
  • Step 8. Applicant's Login credentials is deactivated after the submission of the forms.
  • Step 10. Prestige Customer Service Officer will Validate the Forms with the Compliance Department and Open the Account accordingly.
  • Step 11. Applicant will receive an email with account details which will include E banking initial login credentials.
